The Service Fort (TSF) is a family owned and operated, environmentally friendly, full-service commercial janitorial and maintenance provider specializing in medium to large sized properties. Their services include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, floor maintenance, light maintenance and more. The Service Fort strives for excellent customer service and developing talent. Because their employees work so well together they are able to provide the highest standards of quality and service.
TSF performs consultations where they perform on-site analysis of their customer’s facilities to customize environmentally friendly and cost efficient alternatives according to their needs. This extra step allows TSF to educate and identify areas where their clients can decrease facilities costs and increase overall effectiveness.
Growth
Due to their vast growth in 2015 they had to put some strategies in place to keep up with the new pace. The Service Fort turned focus to retain their new customer base by hiring more management to handle the workload. They also decided to provide more services to accommodate existing customers such as paper, security guards and Nano sterilization. In addition, TSF implemented Sani-guard foggers to treat illnesses in offices, daycares and schools which not only keeps a clean environment but also reduces absenteeism and improves client productivity.
Community Involvement
Not only does The Service Fort help promote local businesses, they also are very involved in community service. They’ve provided volunteer hours for Sure Connexions, First Baptist Church Sugar Hill, Free Chapel Ministries and more, along with mentoring for Big Brothers of Atlanta.
