Win-TechOverview
Making their home in Kennesaw, Win-Tech is a small machine shop manufacturer that builds parts to print for commercial, defense, medical use and much more! The company then supplies the parts to both end users and distributors. Everything from fighter jet boarding ladders, to electronic heatsinks that go into computers, to portable surgery tables, Win-Tech has built it!

Bridging the Skills Gap
It is vital to support the manufacturing industry because these skills benefit the country as a whole. While many products are re-shoring, companies are looking for skilled tradesman to make ideas become reality. With technology improving exponentially, Win-Tech is committed to fostering a skilled workforce to keep up with it.

Many schools have opted to stop offering technical trade programs in an effort to encourage all students to go to college, effectively shrinking the amount of skilled workers and expanding the skills gap. Fortunately, Win-Tech is embracing both skilled trades and STEM and are preparing the next generation to get excited about the manufacturing industry. The company regularly invite students and community members to tour their facilities and discuss why manufacturing matters and dispel the myths that are associated with manufacturing.
