SK Commercial Realty Develops New Office Building in Cherokee County

SK Commercial Realty, today announced plans to develop the first building at Cherokee Professional Center, a two-story 36,000 square foot, class A medical office building located in Canton, Ga. Resurgens Orthopaedics‎ and Greater Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery are secured as anchor tenants collectively leasing approximately half of the first building.

Cherokee Professional Center is a master-planned planned, multi-building 72,000 square foot medical office development located at 1495 Hickory Flat Highway in the high-growth Canton / Cherokee County corridor. Cherokee Professional Center is located one mile from the new Northside Hospital-Cherokee replacement hospital which is scheduled to open in 2017. Cherokee Professional Center will be delivered in the Fall of 2017.

Construction financing is being provided by Bank of North Georgia.
