Gaston Street Eats Food Truck & Catering Company is a full service catering company that operates two mobile food trucks in Kennesaw and surrounding cities.
Founder Laura Ann Hart and her husband launched the Gaston Street Eats brand in 2020 while still operating fast casual restaurant, Tom+ Chee, in Kennesaw. In December of 2021, they reconfigured the restaurant space to be a full service catering kitchen, converted their Tom + Chee food truck, and expanded the menu to include box lunch catering. Gaston Street Eats has been gaining recognition in the last two years and was voted “Best of Cobb” for 2022.

Gaston Street Eats prides itself in product and service quality as well as investment in employees’ development. With growth on the horizon, one of the company’s main goals is to help staff grow and support their community. Gaston Street Eats plans to build their own commercial kitchen and expand to 10 food truck concepts in the next five years.
