Georgia-based, full-service consulting firm Croy announced the promotion of Lauren Kowalski as its new Marketing Director. Since joining the firm in April 2024 as Marketing Manager, she has played a key role in developing Croy’s marketing and communications efforts. In her new role, Kowalski will lead the marketing team and oversee strategies to grow the firm’s presence across the Southeast.
“Lauren has been a great addition to the Croy team,” said Gregory D. Teague, PE, Chief Executive Officer of Croy. “Her work has strengthened our marketing efforts, and I am confident she will continue to be a fantastic leader for our Marketing team and help the firm continue to succeed.”
Kowalski earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and holds a Digital Marketing certification from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. Throughout her career in the AEC industry, she has shaped marketing initiatives that connect clients, communities, and projects. She is also an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Atlanta Chapter and serves on its Membership Committee.
