Graze Craze®, the fast-growing charcuterie franchise known for elevating grazing-style dining, is expanding in Georgia with a new location serving the Cumberland area. The 1,040-square-foot shop at 3599 Atlanta Road SE, Suite 7 in the Paces Centre shopping plaza just minutes from The Battery Atlanta, Truist Park, and Cumberland Mall, features a diverse charcuterie menu, making it easy to “Celebrate Everything” with fresh, artfully crafted boards.
Graze Craze Cumberland is owned and operated by Toni Hewitt and Julio Hewitt, a husband-and-wife team combining decades of corporate leadership experience with a shared passion for food, hospitality, and community connection.

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ using premium Boar’s Head® meats and cheeses, fresh produce, house-made dips, sweet treats, and more. Designed for flavor, balance, and visual appeal, Graze Craze Cumberland offers a standout option for charcuterie boards and catering in Smyrna and the greater Cumberland area.
The menu offers boards in a variety of sizes and includes signature favorites:
- Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more – the best way to sample a little of everything.
- Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
- Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.
“When we decided to take the leap from our corporate careers to open our own business, Graze Craze stood out because of its strong operational support and commitment to consistency and quality,” Toni Hewitt said. “The whole menu is amazing, but we love the Gone Grazey, it’s the perfect introduction to the Graze Craze experience.”
Toni Hewitt decided to step into entrepreneurship after more than two decades in financial services. She enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, exploring new cultures through travel and spending quality time with her family.
Julio Hewitt has more than three decades of experience in software engineering at J.P. Morgan Chase, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Highmark. He’s an avid chess player, a car and motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
Their Graze Craze shop offers customizable charcuterie catering, including intricately styled individual boards and large-scale grazing tables for weddings, corporate events, and upscale gatherings. The menu features gluten free options and every board is made fresh to order with convenient in-store pickup and local delivery serving Smyrna, Cumberland, and surrounding communities.
In addition to catering, delivery and pickup, Graze Craze Cumberland hosts interactive charcuterie workshops where guests can learn styling techniques such as creating salami roses and pairing cheeses. Popular workshop themes include beginner charcuterie, brunch boards, dessert boards, and seasonal or holiday-inspired designs to create a fun, hands-on experience for all ages.
