
Adams Keegan, Inc., a leading HR, payroll, and benefits provider, today announced that Molly O’Malley has been promoted to the Director of Sales and Recruiting. She will be based in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia office.
As Director of Sales and Recruiting, O’Malley is responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, fostering client partnerships, and spearheading recruitment initiatives to support businesses in meeting their staffing needs effectively.

O’Malley graduated from Christian Brothers University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. She joined the Adams Keegan team in 2016 as a recruiter. She has progressed into roles with increased responsibility, with the most recent being Director of Recruiting in Memphis. While in Memphis, O’Malley was a founding member of the Greater Memphis Chamber Young Professionals Council, participated in New Memphis events, and volunteered at Madonna Learning Center.
Her appointment signifies a strategic move to strengthen the company’s presence in the local market and underscores Adams Keegan’s dedication to providing exceptional HR solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses in Atlanta.
