Companies from across the state entered this two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Georgia. The Best Places to Work evaluation is dependent on the results of an employer and employee survey with the employee survey carrying a 75% weighting on the results.
Employees were asked their opinion in seven core areas that make up the employee experience: (1) Leadership and Planning, (2) Corporate Culture and Communications, (3) Role Satisfaction, (4) Work Environment, (5) Relationship with Supervisor, (6) Training, Development, and Resources, and (7) Pay and Benefits. National averages for each of these categories range between 25-40%. Anything above 80% is considered “greatness”. BrandBank consistently outscored the national average in all categories, often exceeding the 80% “greatness” benchmark. Furthermore, the Bank outperformed our own 2016 results in nearly every category, supporting our efforts at being the Best in Banking, starting from within our own organization.
The remaining 25% of the evaluation was dependent on an employer survey that centered on workplace programs, policies, practices, and demographics. The combined scores determined the top companies and their final ranking.
