Atlanta web agency builds digital home for newly formed pet wellness manufacturer, uniting two industry leaders under one brand
Clockwork Web Dev, an Atlanta-based web development agency specializing in custom WordPress design and development, announces the launch of a new website for CompletePet, LLC, the company formed through the merger of Custom Veterinary Services (CVS) and Green Mountain Animal (GMA). The merger brought together two well-established manufacturers from opposite ends of the United States. This website replaced two separate legacy sites with a single, unified presence that reflected the new brand and could do justice to the combined organization’s scale.
- CVS, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Miami, brings decades of experience manufacturing soft chews, medicated dermatological products, and grooming solutions from its 150,000-square-foot facility in Hialeah, FL.
- GMA, founded in 2017 by NASC founding member Dale Metz, added deep expertise in powder and soft chew formulations from its 120,000-square-foot facility in Burlington, VT.
Together under the CompletePet name, the two organizations offer a broader range of production capabilities, including liquids, powders, and soft chews, with the redundant capacity that larger customers in the growing pet wellness market increasingly require.
The new site reflects that breadth and was itself a multi-part launch. Clockwork introduced the new branding through a soft launch page in February 2025, live at the same complete-pet.com URL, giving clients a first look at the new identity as the transition got underway. The full build followed in June, and the complete multi-page platform covering CompletePet’s product capabilities, innovation process, facilities, careers, and brand story launched in December.
Worth Turner, CEO of CompletePet, leads the combined organization, with each legacy business unit continuing under its own leadership team. Dale Metz, founder of Green Mountain Animal, joins the CompletePet Board of Directors as a significant shareholder and key leader. The company debuted its new branding and expanded production capabilities at Global Pet Expo in Orlando in March.
The project ran six months, from the initial kickoff in June through a December launch. Both teams stayed closely involved throughout, with weekly calls and iterative design reviews shaping the site at every stage. Clockwork worked closely with Rene Martinez, Executive Vice President of Business Development at CompletePet, who served as the day-to-day lead on the client side from start to finish. CompletePet came with a strong sense of direction and stayed engaged at every stage, and the end result reflected that.
