Delta Community Credit Union has named Elvis Washington as the new manager of its Vinings branch at 3250 Riverwood Parkway. Washington joined Delta Community in 2023 as assistant manager of its Sandy Springs branch and was promoted to manager the following year. He most recently served in that role before transitioning to lead the Vinings branch.
Washington has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including managerial roles at several national banks. A resident of Cobb County for more than 20 years, he looks forward to working locally and serving his neighbors.
“As a proud Cobb County resident, it is especially meaningful to serve the community I call home,” Washington said. “I look forward to building strong relationships with members in Vinings and supporting Delta Community’s commitment to expanding access to financial education through partnerships with local schools and nonprofits.”
Delta Community serves more than 40,000 members in Cobb County. In addition to its Vinings location, the credit union operates two branches in Marietta, located at 1205 Johnson Ferry Road and 2627 Dallas Highway, SW.
