The Cobb Chamber leadership is proud to announce the addition of Demming Bass to their senior leadership and strategic planning team. Bass will join the Cobb Chamber mid December as its new Chief Operating Officer.
“As we continue to better position the Cobb Chamber to address the challenges of the future, our first priority was to acquire the best and brightest to help lead our efforts,” said Chamber Chairman Rob Garcia. “We are fortunate to have David Connell as our new President and CEO. Under David’s leadership, and his knowledge of our region, we were able to take a known pool of regional and country wide talent and build a list of talented visionaries, community leaders and strategic planners that would enhance the Chamber’s strategic direction. Through that process, Demming Bass’ name continued to rise to the top of the list.”
Demming brings more than 15 years of Chamber leadership experience from some of the best Chambers in the south with a background in strategic planning, community building, marketing , economic development and critical problem solving. His contribution to the Atlanta region in his five years at the Gwinnett Chamber has been recognized by many and clearly sets him apart from other leaders.
“I am excited, as is our entire team, to have a leader of Demming’s fine reputation and accomplishments be part of our senior team,” said David Connell, president and CEO of the Cobb Chamber.
