Whether you have two employees or 200, disengaged employees can kill a business. Communication with employees is more than a newsletter or an occasional email; it’s what everyone should be doing to bring the organizational culture and brand values to life. From the frontline worker to the CEO, communication is everyone’s business! People in organizations need to understand their function and role in the success of the organization when it comes to communication.
On Thursday, Oct. 25 from 8 to 10 a.m., join Dr. LaBrita Cash-Baskett, president of Fundamental Focus, as she presents Communicate to Operate Effectively, a Business University seminar at the Cobb Chamber. This high-impact and interactive workshop will increase awareness and provide real world strategies, social tools and best practices professionals can use to build and maintain employee engagement.
The cost for Cobb Chamber members is $20 online and $25 at the door. General Admission is $40 online. This event is complimentary for Executive Club and Chairman’s Club members. Online registration ends Tuesday, Oct. 23 at noon. Click here to register!
