Four Hats, Inc. is an active member of the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) and the National Safety Council. All Flaggers, Lead Flaggers and Supervisors are ATSSA certified. Each employee has worked 5 to 19 years in all aspects of traffic control, including interstate utility crossings, 2 person flagging operations, film industry detours and storm response.
