Georgia Trade School welcomes the Cobb Innovation and Technology Academy

Georgia Trade School hosted the CITA welding program in their 20,000 square foot lab. GTS staff including their Certified Welding Inspectors and instructors gave the CITA students and their instructor Brent Branning hands on opportunities to work on a variety of welding processes. Mr. Branning has also spent time in the summer working with GTS staff on the latest industry technology and procedures.

About Cobb Innovation and Technology Academy

An innovative, CTAE program located at Osborne High School in Smyrna, CITA provides students with hands on learning experiences and career opportunities. The tuition free academy is open to students throughout the Cobb County District. Students explore employability skills as they grow to meet the demand of the future workforce.
