
HR Knowledge Source (HRKS) proudly recognizes Senior Vice President Ardie Harrison for successfully completing the Atlanta Black Chamber Accelerator Program. This achievement highlights her dedication to professional growth and her commitment to fostering business development within the greater Atlanta community.
The Greater Atlanta Black Chamber (ABC) launched the third cohort of its Minority Business Development Agency Capital Readiness Program (Atlanta CRP), from January 29–March 19, 2025. This initiative is designed to support Black-owned businesses by providing essential resources and training to enhance their competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability. The GPS Accelerator Program, a key component of ABC’s economic development efforts, equips business leaders with critical tools to drive growth and long-term success.

Ardie Harrison, an accomplished HR professional with over 30 years of leadership experience, serves as the SVP of Strategy & Client Development at HRKS. In her role, she is responsible for strategy planning and execution, business development leadership, Centers of Excellence management, client relationship management consultant management. Additionally, she is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with H3C, a human capital consulting firm.
Throughout her career, Ardie has held leadership roles in various industries, including telecommunications, law enforcement, government, education, automotive, and professional services. She has a proven track record of guiding centralized teams and addressing core HR needs in strategy development, executive coaching, human resources information systems, talent management, organizational design, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, and facilitation.
The three-month accelerator program included 21 participants, each dedicated to strengthening their business acumen and expanding their professional networks. Ardie’s successful completion of the program underscores her expertise and unwavering commitment to driving innovation and excellence in human capital management.
