JE Dunn Construction has begun to work on AMLI Oak Valley, a multifamily community featuring a 24-story tower and a five-story mid-rise, which together will deliver 391 luxury apartments to Atlanta’s fashionable Buckhead neighborhood.
The AMLI Oak Valley project also includes a 255,000-square-foot, precast parking deck with 655 spaces.
The 370,000-square foot concrete tower will provide 307 apartments; the 95,000-square-foot wood, mid-rise will have 84 apartments. The community will offer one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with a variety of interior features including floor-to-ceiling windows and 10-foot ceilings, as well as outdoor and studio fitness facilities, clubrooms and terrace, pool and outdoor deck among the amenities. AMLI Oak Valley is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The project will be completed in 2019. Cooper Carry is the architect of record.
AMLI Oak Valley is the fourth recent project in JE Dunn’s partnership with AMLI Residential. Prior projects include two luxury apartment communities: AMLI Arts Center and AMLI 3464, as well as Marie Sims Park, a 1.5-acre greenspace that is adjacent to AMLI 3464 and AMLI Oak Valley.
