Ring in the holidays with the annual Donuts and Notes event at KSU’s College of Continuing and Professional Education. The free holiday concert and student art show will be held on Friday, Dec. 1, from 10 a.m. to noon at the KSU Center. Guests will enjoy local music performances and light refreshments.
“We look forward to this wonderful family event every year,” said Continuing Education Dean Barbara Calhoun. “It is truly a great way to enjoy the holiday season with family and friends.”
The annual holiday event is part of the KSU’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). In addition to live entertainment, guests can expect to see an exhibit of curated artwork from OLLI students and instructors. Art mediums will include oil, acrylic, pencil, pen and ink, watercolor and photography. Josh Langston, OLLI instructor, writer, and editor, will have a display of art cover designs he has created over the years. Some student artwork and hand-made jewelry will be available for purchase.
