LOUD Security Systems Strengthens Commercial Market Leadership With Six Acquisitions, UL-681 Certification, and Major Headquarters Investment

LOUD Security Systems, a leading regional provider of low-voltage and commercial life-safety solutions, is entering one of the most transformative periods in its 30-year history. With six completed acquisitions, expanded commercial capabilities, an expanding workforce, and a new 51,000+ sq. ft. headquarters underway, LOUD is cementing its position as one of the fastest-growing independently owned security providers in the Southeast.

Acquisition-Driven Expansion: Six Deals and ~14,000 Monitored Accounts

LOUD completed six acquisitions in 2025, adding more than 3,800 monitored customers and bringing its total to approximately 14,000 accounts statewide. While each acquisition contributed strategically, three were particularly impactful:

  • Guardian Security (Warner Robins) — ~2,238 accounts; expanded LOUD’s geographic footprint and established a second physical branch for serving Middle Georgia
  • Direct Security (Griffin) — 800+ accounts; bolstered commercial and enterprise system capabilities
  • TruVision Security (Suwanee) — 700+ accounts; expanded video surveillance and advanced commercial service offerings

In total, the six acquisitions strengthened LOUD’s density across Georgia’s residential and commercial markets, while also bringing on seasoned professionals with commercial and residential expertise. LOUD’s workforce increased from 60 to approximately 70 employees, and leadership anticipates additional acquisitions in the coming months.

Guardian President Kevin Moghaddam emphasized the cultural alignment, noting:
“John Loud has built a superb reputation for prompt, courteous, and professional service. We’re confident our customers will thrive under LOUD’s customer-first philosophy.”

Commercial Capabilities Reinforced by UL-681 Certification

LOUD’s commercial service capabilities received a major boost following its UL-681 certification in late 2024, one of the industry’s most rigorous standards for high-security installations. Required by insurers and lenders for jewelry stores, financial institutions, and other sensitive environments, UL-681 positioned LOUD to take on more advanced commercial projects throughout 2025.

This certification now complements the influx of commercial accounts from Direct Security and TruVision, strengthening LOUD’s portfolio across enterprise-level and high-value commercial sectors.

New Headquarters: A Scalable Foundation for Continued Growth

To support its accelerated expansion, LOUD purchased a 51,000+ square-foot facility at 1990 Vaughn Rd. in Kennesaw. Currently undergoing phased upgrades, the new headquarters is targeted to become fully operational in Q1 2026 and is designed to support:

  • Workforce expansion
  • Advanced technology and R&D initiatives
  • Operational efficiency and logistics improvements
  • Enhanced training and employee development
  • Centralized support systems for residential and commercial customers

“This facility isn’t just real estate — it’s the backbone of the next phase of our growth,” said President and Owner John Loud. “It ensures we have the infrastructure to support increasing customer needs across Georgia.”

Celebrating 30 Years — With a Stronger Regional Presence Than Ever Before

Since its founding in 1995, LOUD Security Systems has evolved from a modest local provider into a statewide security leader. As it celebrates its 30th anniversary, LOUD continues to build on its legacy of reliability, service excellence, and technological innovation. With its new Cobb County headquarters designed for long-term scalability and a second location in Warner Robins expanding service through Middle Georgia, LOUD has established a strong operational foundation to support its next era of growth. Together, these strategic investments position LOUD for continued success across both residential and commercial markets throughout Georgia and beyond.
