Mableton Resident, Tiara Hunt Smith works to empower female youth to discover the aptitude of their talents, knowledge & abilities.
Cobb County-based Founder & Executive Director, Tiara Hunt Smith is announcing the launch of her non-profit organization, Strengthening Her Evolution, Inc. (SHE), with a Ribbon Cutting & launch celebration held at the Smyrna Community Center on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 3pm to 5pm.
Smith’s goal is to provide underserved female youth with the tools & resources needed to develop character, self-esteem, understand cultural awareness, society, and economic conditions, both locally & worldwide. By partnering with schools, community and faith-based organizations, Smith is confident SHE can make a huge impact.
“We recognize balancing work and home life can be difficult for parents. With the internet and social media being the primary guide for our Generation Z youth,” Smith said. “It is vital that our female youth truly understand real life social interactions outside of what’s posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok or SnapChat. In turn, entering adulthood and being productive, interactive citizens in the world.“
Strengthening Her Evolution serves females, ages 8 to 16 and offers a solid pathway to womanhood for the growing young girl, which gives her the opportunity to explore and learn a variety of life-cycle fundamentals vital to her development
“I feel it is necessary to provide support for the female youth outside of the home.” Smith said. “Understanding the importance of life skills such as cultural and emotional awareness, etiquette, and dealing with relationships is pertinent to the true success of our youth.”
With 15 years of experience working with female youth through etiquette training, dance, cheerleading and modeling, Smith quickly realized that mentoring and teaching female youth was her passion. Through these encounters, Smith knew this organization was necessary.

About Tiara Hunt Smith
Tiara Hunt Smith is the visionary force behind Strengthening Her Evolution, Inc. She is very passionate about serving and leading our female youth down the right path for success. A native of Mobile, AL, Smith grew up in a household where education was of paramount importance. She was always involved in performing arts as a child and continued throughout high school, which earned her a scholarship to Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, AL where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Smith continued her education by obtaining her master’s degree in Business Administration from Walden University.
Smith has a background in Workforce Development, specifically in staffing, training and development, and higher education. She is also an entrepreneur and consultant, providing leadership and guidance for aspiring business owners. Smith also owns a property management company which manages single family homes in Alabama and Georgia.
