Since making Marietta home in 2011, he has invested in the community through leadership at Stonebridge Church and service with the Kiwanis Flag Project supporting scholarships for Marietta High School graduates. A devoted husband and father of two sons in Marietta City Schools, Gaddis is passionate about fostering thoughtful growth and a vibrant future for families across the city.

Councilman Jason Waters, a Cobb County native, small business owner, and Certified Financial Planner, has spent more than a decade serving Marietta families. After 12 years on the Marietta Board of Education—four of them as Board Chair—he now continues his work on City Council with a focus on responsible budgeting, strong schools, public safety, and protecting the neighborhoods that make Marietta special.
