Mount Paran Christian School Teachers Voted Best in Cobb

Metro Atlanta voters in the annual Marietta Daily Journal / Cobb Life Magazine “Best of Cobb” contest have once again selected Mount Paran Christian School as the “Best Private School” in Cobb county for the fifth consecutive year. “We are humbled and blessed by these votes of support for the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 honors in the Kids and Education category,” says MPCS Director of Marketing and Communications Tiffany Westbrook.

Notably, “Best Teacher” honors were awarded to two stellar members of the MPCS faculty. Sra. Angela Coleman, high school Spanish teacher, was the top teacher vote-getter. In a close second followed Kevin Cunane, middle school social studies teacher.

This year’s contest also marked four-time honors for “Best Preschool,” “Best Performing Arts Program,” and Cobb’s “Best Teachers.” The school also earned top honors for the second year in a row for “Best Music Instruction” and “Best Dance Studio – Murray Arts Academy.”

And, even more impressive, MPCS also achieved a spot in the “Best of the Best” section for the fifth-consecutive year, which recognizes top vote-getters across the entire competition. “Our school could not do what we do without our incredible students, parents, grandparents, alumni, community, and supporters!” says Westbrook. “As they all feel it every day, MPCS is family!”
