Nick Fitzpatrick has opened a new brokerage, Cumberland & Worthy. Fitzpatrick is an Atlanta commercial real estate broker who has historically represented companies and investors in sales and leasing transactions across Atlanta and the northern suburbs. The change is effective September 24, 2025.
At Cumberland & Worthy, Nick will lead the brokerage’s Go to Market efforts and manage a growing book of business that advises Office, Healthcare and Industrial Tenants and Investors.
In a prepared statement, Fitzpatrick said: “For most companies, their largest expense is the commercial real estate they occupy. Yet, I’ve found time and time again that companies will only think about their commercial real estate reactively. At Cumberland & Worthy, we are positioned to take on a true advisory role and view ourselves as an extension of the company. Our agents have all the latest tools and data analytics. Cumberland & Worthy will position itself in the market through a thorough understanding of our client’s businesses and with strategies and solutions that enable them to better serve their customers, hire and retain top talent and grow market share.”
The new firm will use the MariettaCRE brand that Nick built over the last few years. Mostly notably, the MariettaCRE brand is known for it’s prolific use of digital marketing – a rarity in commercial real estate.
