North Georgia Staffing (NGA) is devoted to all things employment including temporary staffing, direct placement, and contingency hiring and contract labor. They also offer complete human resources, safety, OSHA and organizational development consulting to small and medium companies across North Georgia.

Adversity: Bridging the Skills Gap
Recruiting and maintaining skilled employees can be a challenge for any staffing firm, but NGA is being proactive to help with the shortage of these employees. They work closely with Chattahoochee Technical College to help develop curriculum for some of those skilled positions. They’ve also developed creative ways to attract, train and retain skilled positions including evaluation and incentive programs. Additionally, the company works with Georgia Quick Start and participates on the advisory committee for the Cartersville/Bartow College and Career Academy.
