Proda Technology was founded by Marissa Maldonado and Carlos Maldonado in 2011 when Marissa, Carlos’s younger sister, joined him in his entrepreneurial adventures. Carlos came from a strong background in cyber security and network architecture and Marissa had just finished her business degree at Terry College of Business at UGA focused on analytics, economics, and statistics. Today, Proda Technology is a family owned IT Managed Services Provider specializing in Small to Medium sized businesses across the nation.
Marissa and Carlos worked in Carlos’s basement for the first five years as they put a plan in place to learn how to hire their first engineer and create a unique culture that would foster the best in their staff and engineers. The Proda Technology team affectionately refers to some of our more unique processes as “basement culture”. Proda Technology has steadily grown 30% year after year with a growing reputation of having some of the brightest engineers in our industry. We lead with soul, we are relentless, we are resourceful, we adapt, and we are fiercely committed to our people and our clients!
Today, the Proda Technology Family is thrilled to plant roots in Cobb County and grow into their new space in the Cumberland district.
