The Cobb Chamber and SelectCobb announced and recognized the recipients of the 2026 Employer Excellence Certification at this year’s Economic Development Summit.
The Employer Excellence Certification program, launched early this year, provides a new opportunity for companies to highlight and promote their exceptional workplaces to new and existing talent. Each applicant was evaluated by a committee of human resource experts against a comprehensive rubric spanning seven categories: Workplace Flexibility & Work-Life Integration, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Health, Well-Being & Safety, Compensation & Financial Well-Being, Company Civility & Culture, and Community & Employee Impact.
“This program is designed to increase access to a quality workforce by serving as a symbol of a company’s commitment to its people,” said Dana Johnson, Chief Operating Officer of the Cobb Chamber and Executive Director of SelectCobb. “The Cobb Chamber & SelectCobb are proud to highlight companies in the metro Atlanta region that are prioritizing their people and their workplace.”

All applicants, regardless of certification status, receive feedback regarding strengths and areas of improvement with practical solutions.
