We are excited to release our 2017 Annual Report which provides an update on completed projects and celebrates the many successes achieved through careful planning and partnership. Included in the report is a summary of our Town Center CID master plan, which identifies 48 potential projects that equate to more than $165 million in new investment over the next 3-7 years.
The Town Center CID’s continual, progressive focus toward the future keeps our vision aligned and creates our roadmap for both redevelopment and growth of the Town Center community. We are grateful for the opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments from the past year and look ahead to the incredible possibilities that lie ahead for our district. As always, the Town Center CID’s success reflects the collaborative work of our many partners, so cheers to everyone for yet another spectacular year.
