Warren-Hanks Construction Company is proud to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Founded by Gene Warren and Jim Hanks, the company has grown into a trusted industry leader, specializing in superior quality interior construction for Class A offices, healthcare facilities and financial institutions.
Over the past three decades, Warren-Hanks has experienced successful and continued growth, expanding from a small startup to an established firm with 45 dedicated employees. What began as a small venture in metro Atlanta has flourished, with the company now operating across seven southeastern states.
Gene Warren, President, expressed his gratitude and excitement about the company’s anniversary. He stated, “Our three-decade-long journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Jim Hanks, Vice President, attributes the company’s achievements to the building owners, tenants, real estate brokers, architects, designers, and construction managers who have entrusted their projects to Warren-Hanks. He stated, “Their trust, support, and generosity, coupled with our beneficial subcontractor and supplier relationships, have allowed us to celebrate this 30-year milestone. Warren-Hanks attributes much of its success to its dedicated workforce, with seventy percent having been with the firm for over a decade. Their commitment and pursuit of excellence, guided by the four C’s: Core Relationships, Collaboration, Creativity, and Communication, have been key in exceeding client expectations and fostering enduring relationships.
The company’s client-focused approach has led to a high rate of returning clients, accounting for 75% of their business. Warren-Hanks’ impact on the interior construction sector is undeniable, having completed over 3,500 projects and formed long-term partnerships with entities like Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Truist Bank, RSUI and Northside Hospital.
