Wounded Warrior Classic

WWP1The student ambassadors of the Wounded Warrior Project at Life University are to host the Wounded Warrior Classic, a charity golf tournament supporting wounded service members through Wounded Warrior Project™

Ryan Klopfer, a Student Ambassador and the organizer  of the Wounded Warrior Project, announced today, that  all proceeds from the Wounded Warrior Classic will be donated to the nonprofit organization Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and will support a full range of programs and services for this generation of injured veterans and their families.

More than 52,000 servicemen and women have been injured in the recent military conflicts. In addition to the physical wounds, it is estimated as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war including combat-related stress, major depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

The 20 programs and services provided by WWP are uniquely structured to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment and engagement.

The Student Ambassadors of Life University are students enrolled in the Doctorate of Chiropractic program whose mission is to provide the most specific and objective chiropractic care to the surrounding communities by utilizing the latest science and technology available, specifically, the use of video motion x-ray and para-spinal infrared thermography.

While on the path of advancement and service to humankind, Ryan and his team were fortunate enough to be selected as Student Ambassadors for the Wounded Warrior Project in September of 2014. Since joining with WWP our team has raised over $9,000 for the 20 different holistic programs offered.
