Zaxby’s (Lower Roswell Road) is an ‘Indescribably Good’ chicken restaurant who cares about the community and the people that live in it. Their community involvement has been a large impact on their sales growth. Enriching Lives is the Zaxby’s culture and their commitment to community outreach is a huge part of who they are.
Many people don’t realize that catering is huge part of Zaxby’s business and it’s easy to see why. If you haven’t had the special ‘Zax Sauce’ or their divinely seasoned crinkle fires, you need to get out from under the rock you’ve been hiding under and give them a try.
Adversity
Last year, this location had to overcome some obstacles with replacing a General Manager and crew members that had lost the vision that makes Zaxby’s such a successful restaurant. With these changes the sales they had lost are already returning and customers can see that here, they come first.
Community Involvement
Between donating time, food and money to their community, and offering some of the best chicken and customer service around it’s easy to see why Zaxby’s is a staple in the neighborhood.
