Rising star in public affairs strengthens multi-state advocacy capabilities in the Southwest
Arc 3 Communications, a public affairs agency specializing in multi-state advocacy announced today that they have hired new director of government relations, Elvis Lossa. With extensive government affairs experience, Lossa most recently served as a policy advisor to the Texas House of Representatives leadership, including the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Chairman of the House Republican Caucus Policy Committee. With strong legislative and regulatory experience at the state and local government levels, Lossa will provide top-notch advocacy for clients in the Southwest to meet their public affairs needs. He will be based in Austin, Texas.
Prior to his career with the Texas House of Representatives, Lossa served on the staff of U.S. Senator Ted Cruz as a constituent services liaison in central Texas specializing in veterans’ affairs. Lossa is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, including with the 82nd Airborne Division.
Lossa is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Management at the Johns Hopkins University.
