BrightStar Care of Marietta collaborated with a national third-party quality and satisfaction research firm, Home Care Pulse. Companies use the firm to obtain honest, unbiased feedback about their experiences from both clients and employees. The organization gives out awards to top-performing providers annually, based on stringent criteria. To meet the standards for each of the awards, the firm conducts random, live phone interviews with a percentage of the provider’s clients, caregivers, and care professionals each month. Providers must receive the highest overall satisfaction scores in professionalism, compassion of caregivers, training, and client-caregiver compatibility, among other categories.
The “Employer of Choice Award” is given to the top-ranking home care providers, based on satisfaction scores gathered from interviews with employees. To qualify for the award, employers must be a “Home Care Pulse Certified-Trusted Provider” for at least six consecutive months. To be eligible, employers must receive the highest overall satisfaction scores from their employees in areas such as training, office communication, caregiver-client compatibility, and overall job satisfaction.
The “Provider of Choice Award” is for only the top-ranking home-care providers, based on client-satisfaction scores gathered from client interviews. For this award, providers must achieve the highest overall satisfaction scores from clients in categories such as work ethic, communication, training, and compassion. This is in addition to being a “Home Care Pulse Certified-Trusted Provider” for at least six consecutive months.
The “Leader in Excellence Award” is only granted to the highest-ranking home-care providers, based on feedback gathered from live interviews with both clients and customers. To qualify for this award, providers must be a “Home Care Pulse Certified Business” for at least twelve consecutive months. They must also achieve “Best of Home Care, Provider of Choice” as well as “Best of Home Care, Employer of Choice” in at least fifteen of twenty combined client and caregiver satisfaction categories.
“We chose to partner with Home Care Pulse because we are committed to going the extra mile to make sure our employees love working with us, that our clients receive care from providers who listen and are devoted to excellence in home care, and that we are dedicated to ensuring that only the best in-home care professionals are employed by BrightStar Care of Marietta. We are honored to receive the 2018 Best of Home Care Employer of Choice, Provider of Choice, and Leader in Excellence awards, and we are so grateful to our clients and caregivers for sharing their experiences,” said Louise Evans, owner of BrightStar Care of Marietta.
Each BrightStar Care office is independently owned and operated. Owners, David and Louise Evans, have also recently opened an office in Canton, Georgia, which covers the greater Cherokee County area. BrightStar Care of both Cherokee and Marietta are accredited by The Joint Commission.
