Get Involved

Cobb Young Professionals

Cobb Young Professionals is a group within the Cobb Chamber of Commerce dedicated to the promotion and encouragement of young professionals in the work place.

The Cobb Chamber is always on the lookout for a group of savvy, diverse young professionals under 40 that have strong educational backgrounds, a dedicated work ethic and a desire for career development strategy to become involved in CYP. Young professionals will have an opportunity to network and hear from leaders in our communities on topics that will influence them within the workplace.

CYP generally hosts one event per month ranging from networking socials, Leadership Luncheons, and Charity Topgolf Tournament. CYP also offers opportunities to get involved and give back to the community and hosts pop-up socials throughout the year. CYP tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at exciting venues in metro Atlanta to learn more about local industries, and stronger relationships are formed with group outings to area sporting events.

There are no extra membership costs to be part of Cobb Young Professionals. If your company is a Cobb Chamber member, then you can attend events at member pricing. If you are not a Cobb Chamber member but would still like to become involved with CYP, you are welcome to attend events as a guest.

OUR MISSION

To engage and cultivate talented young professionals by connecting with our peers and providing opportunities to grow their potential, gain visibility, and give back to the community.

OUR VISION

To be impactful and relevant economic, social and civic leaders in our communities.
