All 202 suites, public spaces and meeting rooms are now reimagined for today’s business and leisure traveler

Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest, an all-suite, full-service upscale hotel owned and operated by Auro Hotels, today announces the completion of a comprehensive multi-million dollar transformation reimagining every guest and event-facing space across the property. The renovation reintroduces the hotel as a refreshed home base for corporate travelers, meeting groups and visitors to metro Atlanta, with 202 elevated suites, redesigned public spaces, an updated lobby restaurant and bar, and modernized meeting rooms and event spaces throughout.
The redesign balances residential warmth with a distinct sense of place, blending the comforts of home with the functionality today’s business and leisure traveler expects. Auro Hotel’s design team incorporated subtle, locally inspired details – a thoughtful nod to the hotel’s location in the heart of Braves Country near Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta – with refined and contemporary interiors. The result is sophisticated rather than thematic: the references are easy to miss until they catch your eye.
Lobby
In the lobby, a sculptural installation of suspended wooden bats anchors the lounge above an inviting seating area framed by ringed pendant lighting, large- installation scale art panels and a double-height atrium overhead. Custom rugs pick up a soft navy palette in abstract patterns. Curved sofas, leather lounge chairs and warm wood accents create the kind of space guests want to linger in – over morning coffee, between meetings or before a dinner reservation.
Suites
The renovation extends across all 202 spacious suites, each featuring a two-room layout with a separate bedroom and oversized living room. Standard suites measure 650 s.f. with city, garden or pool views, while seven Regency Suites – one on each floor of the hotel – offer 950 s.f. for guests who need additional room to spread out. The signature Presidential Suite, located on the top floor, offers the same 950 s.f. footprint with elevated amenities, panoramic views and a separate parlor, dining and work area suited for small gatherings or executive meetings. Each suite features an entirely refreshed palette of natural woods, soft neutrals and muted blue accents, with new sectional seating, redesigned wet bars with quartz countertops, and updated lighting and technology. Bathrooms have been modernized with illuminated mirrors, upgraded vanities and large-format amenities. Many suites offer views of the surrounding tree canopy, downtown Atlanta or the Cumberland skyline – a welcoming backdrop after a long day.
Signature Restaurant & Bar, Modern Provision
At the center of the hotel, Modern Provisions signature restaurant and bar has been transformed into a memorable setting for approachable, modern American cuisine. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views directly onto the hotel’s lush outdoor gardens and multi-tiered waterfall, while a soaring atrium skylight, botanical wall murals and mixed-material seating in soft greens and earth tones make the space feel both grounded and full of light. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily, with a dedicated breakfast buffet area featuring a stone-clad central island and updated finishes.
Among the property’s most distinctive features is the garden landscape just beyond the restaurant’s windows – a lush expanse of mature trees, flowering beds and a multi-tiered waterfall, surrounding a generous outdoor patio and hotel pool. The setting gives Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest a resort-like feel uncommon among hotels its size in metro Atlanta, and the patio is one of the area’s most sought-after outdoor venues for corporate receptions, networking events and group dinners – particularly during Atlanta’s long shoulder seasons, when guests can comfortably dine and meet outdoors nine months out of the year.
Meetings & Events
The property’s 3,000 s.f. of flexible meeting and event space has been comprehensively refreshed to support the corporate groups, executive retreats and association meetings that have long anchored the hotel’s business. The 1,663 s.f. Atlanta/Marietta event space, divisible into four sections, is among the most naturally lit meeting rooms in the area, with a continuous wall of windows pulling daylight into the space; new geometric pendant lighting and custom carpeting complete the redesign. A separate executive boardroom – anchored by a polished walnut conference table and surrounded by custom millwork, leather seating and warm lighting – has emerged as one of the renovation’s standout spaces. Combined with the outdoor patio, the hotel accommodates everything from intimate eight-person gatherings to receptions and seated dinners for up to 150 guests, with the spacious, true two-room all-suite layout offering a particular advantage for multi-day corporate retreats and small conferences.
“Corporate and group business is at the heart of this hotel, and what stands out to me – having joined just as the renovation was wrapping up – is how much pride this team takes in getting the details right,” said Eric Rossena, general manager of Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest. “Whether we’re hosting a multi-day corporate retreat, an executive board meeting or a reception on the patio, every member of our staff works to make sure planners and guests leave feeling truly looked after. That level of service is what brings business back to us year after year.”
Now complete, the renovation positions Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest to welcome a new chapter of guests – from corporate travelers and meeting groups visiting Cumberland, the Cobb Galleria and the broader Northwest Atlanta business district, to leisure visitors exploring downtown Atlanta, the Georgia Aquarium, Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta. The hotel’s renovated outdoor pool, garden patio and signature Modern Provisions restaurant complete the experience.
