Josh Gorum, a 15-year veteran of the construction industry, has been promoted by JE Dunn Construction to preconstruction services manager.
In this role, Gorum leads teams that price and plan projects prior to construction, and works with design and owner teams to align project goals with project budgets.
Gorum, formerly a senior estimator, has focused recently on the Healthcare and Industrial markets. His clients have included Gwinnett Medical Center, WellStar Health Systems and Emory Hospital and, on the industrial side, Glock.
He holds a Bachelor in Building Science from Auburn University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Gorum is an active volunteer with Woodstock (GA) First Baptist Church Elementary Department ministry.
