LOUD Security Systems Inc., based in Cobb County, GA, has been recognized as one of the nation’s top 100 security companies for 2024 according to the SDM magazine’s ‘SDM 100 Report’.
This is the ninth consecutive year LOUD has achieved the prestigious position. LOUD has moved up in the standings each year, ranking 64th in the country this year. The SDM 100 Report is an annual ranking provided by SDM magazine which has been producing the report for the past 30 years.
SDM (Security Distributing and Marketing) is a trade publication that provides security professionals with industry news, insights and technical solutions. The magazine ranks U.S. companies that earn their revenues from the sale, installation, service and monitoring of electronic security systems — such as intrusion and fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage systems — to residential and non-residential customers.
As LOUD Security begins its 30th year this month, the company has accrued several noteworthy accomplishments along the way, including Small Business of the Year from the Cobb Chamber, Atlanta Journal Constitution Top Workplace, and the Atlanta Business Chronicles Top 10 Security Companies.
The company had its start in the basement of its president, John Loud, then a Delta Airlines flight attendant. LOUD now employs over 60 team members, and services approximately 11,000 accounts from its offices in Kennesaw, Georgia.
“We’re very grateful for the excellence our team delivers every day to make this recognition possible, as well as for our faithful customers that continue to trust us to protect their homes and businesses.”
As the company gains national recognition, LOUD Security remains committed to investing back into local communities. LOUD is a member of the Georgia Electronic Life Safety and Security Association, and the company was recently voted as a Best of Cobb winner, as well as a Best of Georgia regional winner.
