Fast-casual eatery to offer local grand opening specials and giveaways, including FREE chicken salad for a year!
Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only southern inspired, fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept, is bringing even more of its famed, fresh product to West Cobb with its latest location. The grand opening of the new restaurant, located in the Parkside West Cobb shopping center at 3805 Dallas Hwy in Marietta, will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 18 with a ribbon cutting at 9:30 a.m. and doors officially opening at 10 a.m.
“We are eager to serve our West Cobb neighbors in our newest metro-area restaurant,” said Chicken Salad Chick President and CEO Scott Deviney. “Whether it’s their first time visiting one of our restaurants or they’re a lifelong fan, we look forward welcoming guests in Cobb County and the surrounding communities as we further our footprint and commitment throughout the greater Atlanta region.”
West Cobb guests will be able to choose from over a dozen delicious specialty chicken salad recipes. With more than 15 locations across the metro-area – including Alpharetta, Buckhead, Cumming, Peachtree City, Roswell and Vinings – Chicken Salad Chick continues to rapidly expand throughout the state. The West Cobb location will serve as the brand’s 18th company-owned restaurant in Georgia and the 35th statewide.
The restaurant will also host friends & family events on August 16 and August 17 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4 p.m.-6 p.m., benefiting MUST Ministries. - Wednesday, Aug. 18 – Free Chicken Salad for a Year: The first 100 guests to arrive between 7 and 10 a.m. to the new Buford location and purchase The Chick will receive one free large Quick Chick per month for 12 months. From this group, one lucky guest will also be randomly selected to receive one free large Quick Chick per week for 52 weeks.
- Thursday, Aug. 19 – Free Chick Tumbler: The first 50 guests at 10 a.m. and at 6 p.m. who purchase the Chick Trio will receive a free 24 oz. Chicken Salad Chick tumbler. **
- Friday, Aug. 20 – Free Chick Tote Bag: The first 50 guests at 10 a.m. and at 6 p.m. who purchase the Chick Trio will receive a free Chicken Salad Chick Tote Bag.*

To adhere to social distancing guidelines, Chicken Salad Chick has implemented a safe procedure for guests to claim their giveaways. Beginning at 7 a.m. on Wednesday Aug. 18, the first 100 guests to arrive and check in will be assigned a number and a designated return time between 9:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. At their designated time, guests will assume their spot in line to make a qualifying purchase – “The Chick” or a menu item of greater value. Large Quick Chick prizes will be uploaded to the winners’ Chicken Salad Chick App the following Monday. Late or missed spots will automatically be awarded to the next person in line.
The first 50 guests to arrive at 10 a.m. and at 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday to order the “Chick Trio” or a menu item of greater value can claim their prize. One prize per person present.
Chicken Salad Chick offers over a dozen delicious specialty chicken salad recipes served from the heart. In addition to the restaurant’s signature chicken salad flavors, other menu items include fresh salads, sides, soups and full-service catering, all available from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
For a limited time, guests this summer through Aug. 28 will also be able to enjoy Pam’s Parmesan Caesar, a limited-time flavor made from classic chicken salad with authentic Caesar and zesty parmesan cheese.
