The World Tennis Fitness Conference hosted by Life University will be held at Life University, 1269 Barclay Circle in Marietta, Ga. on July 25th -26th. The conference will provide participants with the ability to acquire additional techniques to more effectively train tennis players.
After the completion of the conference, participants will be able to apply general strength and conditioning techniques, implement on-court movement training drills and exercises for all ages, identify the most common areas of tennis specific injury and help to prevent these injuries, learn tennis-specific athlete testing assessments and learn the latest weight room techniques for tennis-specific training.
Day one of the Tennis Fitness Conference will include a breakfast, speakers, speed and movement training, lunch, exhibitor demonstrations from the field, learning from the pros and much more. Day two will also include speakers as well as cardio tennis.
