Signature fall fundraiser returns October 3 with live music, ballet, a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres, activities and an exclusive donor experience.

The Georgia Ballet invites the community to an evening of elegance, mystery and the arts at its 3rd Annual Moonlight Masquerade, taking place Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brumby Hall & Gardens in Marietta.
The Georgia Ballet’s signature annual fundraising event brings together professional dance, live entertainment and community in a setting beyond the traditional theatre. Designed for guests ages 21 and older, Moonlight Masquerade will offer an evening of celebration while raising essential support for The Georgia Ballet’s professional performances, education programs and community outreach initiatives.
Guests will enjoy live music, a special performance by The Georgia Ballet’s professional dancers, light hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, a silent auction, games and activities, and photo opportunities throughout the evening. The event’s relaxed format will allow guests to mingle, explore the historic venue, bid on auction items, enjoy a drink and experience the artistry of The Georgia Ballet in an intimate setting.
Before Moonlight Masquerade officially begins, Georgia Ballet donors who have contributed $250 or more are invited to an exclusive walkthrough of the Gone With the Wind Museum from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. This special pre-event experience gives qualifying donors the opportunity to explore the museum before joining the full celebration at 6:00 p.m.
Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the evening with cocktail to semi formal attire, and masquerade masks are required. Attendees may bring their own masks, and masks will also be available for purchase at the door.
The silent auction will feature a selection of items, experiences and packages, with proceeds benefiting The Georgia Ballet. Games and activities throughout the evening will provide additional opportunities for guests to participate, connect and enjoy the celebration while supporting the organization.
As a nonprofit organization, The Georgia Ballet relies on fundraising events such as Moonlight Masquerade to help sustain the work happening both onstage and throughout the community. Funds raised help support professional productions, dancer expenses, education initiatives, outreach programs and the many resources required to bring ballet to audiences throughout the season.
Moonlight Masquerade arrives just weeks before the opening of The Georgia Ballet’s 2026-2027
MainStage season. The season begins with Firebird & Carmen, October 22-25, 2026, followed by the
66th annual production of The Nutcracker, December 17-23, 2026, and Sleeping Beauty, March 4-7,
2027.
Guests can make Moonlight Masquerade a night for two by purchasing two tickets for $125 with promo
