Chamber Member Kara Kapczynski’s Work Motivation Survey for University of Florida Research Report

How does work motivation vary with the worker’s age and where a person is in the lifespan?

If you would like a free copy of my academic research report on work motivation, please consider having 4 people in your organization participate in my work motivation survey that I am conducting as a doctoral student for my dissertation at the University of Florida.

I am a Cobb Chamber member with my own business in Smyrna, but I am also a graduate student at UF, and I would appreciate your participation in this interesting topic.

Jobs are income-producing, but it is important for managers and business owners to understand how people view other types of work motivation in addition to income.

This is an anonymous survey, and all participants use the same link or QR code. The survey runs on a mobile phone or computer from the University of Florida’s Qualtrics system. The survey does not ask for any type of identifying information.  It takes 7 to 10 minutes.

The results will be relevant, given that hundreds of workers are being asked to participate. If you and 3 colleagues complete the survey (for a total of 4 participants), please email me at kapczynskik@ufl.edu or text me at 404-840-9840 and I will send you the final report this summer.

Thank you for being a part of this important research!
